Seizure is an instrumental concept album that I composed as a potential soundtrack to a sci-fi psycho-thriller movie. The film didn’t end up being made, but the script gave me a lot of inspiration. The tracks of the album capture moods of the movie. The track Penny’s Song is a musical response to the heroine of the film.

Just to give you a quick outline of the story. She’s in a relationship with this really fit but weird guy. The film starts with a breakup scene. She actually had enough of this weird guy. But the scene turns tragic as she suffers a seizure and loses her memory. Her “boyfriend” takes her in and looks after her, but to her it feels like she’s locked up. Well, turns out he drugged her and is indeed keeping her locked up. And they weren’t a couple, they were partners in crime. As you can imagine there’s a lot of action and a big showdown involved. The music of the album conveys all that. Happy listening.
